City of Sevierville found partially responsible in officer-involved crash

Here's a story that I read:


A Sevier County jury on Friday found the city of Sevierville partially responsible for a 2009 wreck that injured a Sevier County couple. Attorney Matthew Cook represented James and Ruby Cardwell in the action filed against the city and Phillip Collier of Sevier County.
