Here's a story that I read:




On November 21, 2004, voters in the Ukraine took to the polls to elect a prime minister. The incumbent, Viktor Yanukovych, came in with 15.09 million votes, besting the challenger, Viktor Yushchenko, by fewer than 900,000 votes, or about three percentage points.
