Tellico is one of my favorite places to four wheel.
Called the "Hammers of the South" by some, the Tellico OHV Area is located in Nantahala National Forest just north of Murphy, North Carolina and sits in North Carolina on the Tennessee/North Carolina border. The Tellico OHV Area is one of the country's premier off-road challenges. OHVs of all kinds ride the trails, Jeeps, modified trucks, dirt bikes, dune buggies and ATVs.
I have provided driving directions to Tellico, points of interest along the way (like campgrounds, etc)
