Comments about how this is working

Well, it's been a little over a month since I started keeping this log. My weight is stable around the 248-249.5 range. My meals have been pretty predictable and my snacking has been greatly reduced.

In the last couple of weeks, however, I've slowly started to get out of the habit of keeping my log up-to-date. I find myself sitting down and entering in 3 or 4 meals at the same time. I'm beginning to wonder if there is any value in this exercise at all...
