Had lunch provided today. It was a great small salad (spinach and berries) with some chicken and steak strips (I had mostly chicken, and one slice of steak). The sides were asparagus and mashed potatoes.

Lori fixed me a great salad for lunch today - Loved it!
Lori and I had lunch at Zaxby's today. We split a 10 piece chicken fingers, Fried White Cheddar Bites and a side-salad. Turned out to be a pretty food and filling meal.
We drove up to Oak Ridge for lunch today. We ate at the Soup Kitchen (great place for a meal). I had the German Beer Soup - it was like a potato soup, but not creamy- you could taste the beer. I also had a slice of their mexican cornbread - I love that stuff!
I had a great lunch today. Lori prepared a new Campbell's soup (Spicy Chorizo and Pulled Chicken with Black Beans) and made a turkey wrap to go with it. Delicious.

I had a frozen meal for lunch today. An Atkins "Beef Merlot". It was pretty good, but left-overs would have been better.
Left-over pork and broccoli and cheese was on the menu today. I can't imagine people that do not like left overs, I think they are great!
We stopped in the Little Italian Kitchen on Boyd's Creek for lunch today. I had their pasta fazul soup - with a bit of parmesan cheese and some black pepper, it was GREAT.
We went to Wendy's for lunch today. I had their spicy chicken sandwich and a bowl of chili.
