Day two.

So far, so good. I managed to remember to log everything I ate yesterday...although most of the time it was a couple of hours after I ate. That will get easier as get more time under my belt with this...it did last time anyway.

No weigh-in today, I figure that will be fine as long as I keep up with it on a regular basis, if not daily.

2010-06-04 Breakfast

Basically the same breakfast as yesterday...no cheese this time.

Ham, and egg sandwich.

One eggs (from a local farmers co-op -- much better than store-bought eggs!) and one slice of Black Forest Ham from the deli on Arnold Whole Grain White Sandwich Thins.

And my standard glass of juice - Simply Orange Juice (my favorite brand of OJ).

Two Corn Dogs, some SANTITAS White Corn Restaurant Style Tortilla Chips and cheese dip.

Accompanied by a 12 ounce can of Coke.

Followed later by a pack of Crunch Pak Sweet Apple Slices.

Walked with Matthew and Lori at the Dam - approximately 1 mile.

257.5 - the most I've ever weighted to my knowledge.

2010-06-03 Starting Again

Our scales have been out-of-site for a few months now and I had not given this process much thought, but today, I decided to pick it up a notch and start logging everything I eat again as well as keeping up with my daily weigh-ins and exercise (the exercise is a new thing and I hope it will be the thing that results in my weight going back down to something around normal!).
