I had a salad at Chili's in the Atlanta airport for dinner tonight. Looking at their nutrition data, I'm not so sure that was a good thing. Quesadilla Explosion Salad As Served has 1370 calories, 89g Fat and 86g Carbs. One positive thing I can say about it is that I did not have it entirely as served - I skipped the dressing and ranch dressing. But i probably had the 86g of carbs - so much for being good.
The salad was pretty good...if that makes it any better :-)
