This blog is a personal meal-log for me. I'll try to include everything that I eat in this log every day to help me become more aware of what I'm eating.
For lunch today we had sandwiches on some new bread - it was good bread, high fiber and low carb. We had peppered turkey and pepper-jack cheese. We also had a few chips and some french onion dip.
