Lori and I went to Soccer Taco in Maryville this evening. I had Asada Huaraches - the hot sauce they give with that meal is WONDERFUL. Love it!The place was busy - busier than I've ever seen it. I think that's a good sign. I really like going there and hate to think that they may not have enough business to last.
Lori and I both had some left-overs (about 1/2 of the meal). We're planning to take those left-overs, add a fried egg on top and have it for breakfast in the morning. We're looking forward to it!
