Bump and Run Chimichanga at Soccer Taco in Knoxville
Chicken burrito topped with cheese sauce, lettuce, tomato, guacamole and sour cream,
served with rice and charro beans.
Lori and Marylenna had the same thing! It was good, but not as good as the Huaraches.
I did give my tomato, guacamole and sour cream to the ladies.
229.4 - still dropping
I had a salad for lunch today- no chicken, but delicious!
Another typical breakfast for me - egg and cheese on a bagel thin.
229.8 a slight drop from yesterday - that's got things going in the right direction. I'll be surprised if this number does not recover back to the mid 230's.
Had some Parmesan. Crusted shrimp and some mixed vegetables for dinner tonight. Not as good as something homemade, but a lot better than fast-food!
Had another great Lori salad today. This time I had a chicken patty to heat up, cut up and put on top of it.
Another typical breakfast for me - egg and cheese on a bagel thin. One of these mornings I'll remember to take a picture of this meal.
230.8
A surprisingly low number since the last time I looked (just a couple of days ago), it was at 237.
Had a great salad for lunch today!
Another typical breakfast for me - egg and cheese on a bagel thin. Yeah, when my breakfast is dull, the entries in here will be also :-)
Lettuce wraps and shrimp at home.
Another typical breakfast for me - egg and cheese on a bagel thin.
It starts again.
Lori and I were doing pretty well before the holidays on our low-carb diet. I had lost around 15 pounds and we were getting into the groove of eating that way (it's harder than it sounds, by the way). With the holidays and me being on vacation for three weeks, we did like most people and enjoyed the holiday food. I gained 7 pounds.
So, like everyone on new years day, we're on a diet. For us, I think we'll make it work since it was working for us before the holidays. This meal log is part of the renewed effort to keep ourselves on the right track.
I hope to take pictures of almost everything I eat. That way I can easily reflect back and see how my portion control is doing. This will be a hard habit to establish I think, but I'm going to try.
Wish us luck!
I had a special dinner this evening. I shared some cheese fondue with Lori - we at it with bread and italian sausage. A great way to bring in the new year.
Last big meal of the year. Could not have been a better choice. Had the shrimp fra diavolo over penne pasta at Willie's in Sevierville.
Another typical breakfast for me - egg and cheese on a bagel topper. I added ham this morning for some variety. I finished up with a chocolate-chip pop-tart.
Dinner at Arby's tonight. I had a Chicken, Bacon and Swish sandwich with potato cakes.
We had lunch at home today - some italian sausages with peppers, mushrooms and onions in a cheese roll/bun.
A standard breakfast this morning; and egg and cheese on a bagel thin. I later had a Hot Fudge pop-tart :-)
