Firecracker Shrimp at Zhu GardenWe had our usual date-night dinner tonight. Drunken Noodles at Zhu Garden with Hot-and-Sour soup. We also had some Firecracker Shrimp. As always, the meal was delicious.

Lunch was light today - I was not really hungry. I had an Atkins' Caramel Double Chocolate Crunch Bar and a banana.

ABCP at La CarettaHad dinner with Lori tonight at La Caretta - our favorite place to get Mexican food. Tonight I had the A.B.C.P. which is chicken covered in a cheese sause, served with beans and rice. It's the perfect size meal (in my opinion) and tastes wonderful!

Lori and Matthew brought me lunch from Burger King - an Italian Original Chicken Sandwich with some onion rings. Not a bad sandwich.

No picture again, but diner tonight was pork tenderloin with a side of corn. I had been in the mood for corn, so that was great and the pork was wonderful!

Went to the Diner in Sevierville with Lori, Matthew and Marylenna this evening. I had the meatloaf with a side of green-beans and macaroni and cheese.

I ate a salad for lunch along with a left-over sausage from last night. As usual, it was great!

Level Up Team Challenge at Work

This week we started a fitness challenge at work. It's designed to get all of us into better shape. The goals are modest and are around walking and getting exercise. My personal goals for this week are to walk 18,000 steps (2,571 per day) and to exercise for a total of 60 minutes (9 per day). So far I'm off to a start that is below where I need to be to achieve the weekly goal. I guess that tells me I need to get up and walk more often.

Dinner tonight was the 1/2 chicken dinner at Buddy's Bar-B-Q. I only ate one of my sides, the baked beans - I gave the other side to Lori.

Healthy Life BreadFor lunch today we had sandwiches on some new bread - it was good bread, high fiber and low carb. We had peppered turkey and pepper-jack cheese. We also had a few chips and some french onion dip.

Country-Fried Steak 'n' Gravy Platter at Hardee'sThe three of us went to Hardee's for breakfast this morning on our way to Kroger to do the weekly shopping. I had a Country-Fried Steak 'n' Gravy Platter with some extra gravy for my biscuit - all with a fair amount of pepper.
